Please follow the following steps to ensure your PC is properly configured for use with the Supply Chain Connect application.

Download Java
If the version above does not display "Java Version: 1.4.2" or greater, please install a currently supported Java version from the links below. Otherwise, continue to the next step.

Training Demo
Before launching the application, please take the time to view a short training demo (3 min). This video should help you adjust to some of the new screen layouts and features included in the new application.

Launch the Application
Click on Launch Order Management Console above to start. If the application does not begin loading, you may need to check with your IT department for firewall or proxy server issues.

Proxy Server Setup (If necessary)
If you have a proxy server:
- On the Login screen, click on the question mark icon to the right.
- Choose the second tab titled "Connection".
- Check the box labeled "Use Proxy Settings"
- Key in your network user name and password (not the Supply Chain Connect login).
- The application will preserve your proxy settings the next time you log in.
